Personal or vehicular entry to a lot

The Auction House point out that any personal or vehicular entry to a lot is at one's own risks and only permitted with prior approval of the Owner. The communication of information by the Auctioneers concerning a lot contains neither an approval for personal or vehicular entry to a lot, nor a statement that personal or vehicular entrance is at all possible. The necessary entry permissions, safety measures and responsibilities lie exclusively with the Seller. The Auction House is not liable for any damages which may occur upon personal or vehicular entry to a lot.

Real estate transfer tax

Effective as of 1st January 2007, the real estate transfer tax for Berlin real estate amounts to 4.5% for purchase prices of more than € 2,500.-. As from March 2010, this tax rate also applies to real estate in the Federal State Saxony-Anhalt and the Free Hanseatic City of Hamburg. The real estate transfer tax in all other federal states (still) amounts to 3.5% for purchase prices of more than € 2,500.-.

Property documentation can be accessed in our office or requested. They are dispatched by post or e-mail. If available, market valuation reports can be requested and submitted for a nominal charge.
