If you have decided to bid for one or several lots, bidding can be made more convenient with regards to an exemption from the bidding security and an extension of the period for the purchase price payment if you submit a completed written bid offer agreement (Vereinbarung der Abgabe des Mindestgebotes) to the Auction House prior to the auction.

For bids without this written arrangement, a bidding security is to be paid at the rate of 10 % of the hammer price and the purchase price balance is to be paid at a maximum of four weeks after auction day. Foreign citizens are required to deposit a bidding security at the rate of 20 % of the hammer price.

Bidding by telephone

Telephone bidding is possible. The conclusion of an appropriate bidding agreement is required for telephone bidding. In order to conclude such an agreement, please contact the appropriate staff member or the management. The Auction House does not assume liability for successfully establishing a telephone connection during the auction.
