At the Spring auctions of our companies, 478 properties to a value of approx. € 26,2 Million were sold and approx. 90,4 % of all called-out properties were sold.
In 2010, Deutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG and our subsidiaries significantly increased the turnover from auction sales.
At the Winter auctions of our companies, 603 properties to a value of approx. € 21,6 Million were sold and approx. 90% of all called-out properties were sold.
At the Autumn auctions of our companies, 607 properties to a value of approx. € 25,1 Million were sold and approx. 88% of all called-out properties were sold.
