2,236 properties for € 92,624,231 were sold in total, which is an increase of approx. 4 % compared to the previous year (€ 89,161,029). The sales quota also slightly increased from about 87% last year to now 88%.
Deutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG was able to sell 517 properties equivalent to a value of € 44,333,401 at auction.
Our subsidiary, 
Sächsische Grundstücksauktionen AG, was able to auction 514 properties equivalent to a value of € 18,196,385.
Norddeutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG, a subsidiary also wholly owned by us, sold 229 properties equivalent to a value of € 9,801,618.
Brecht Immobilien GmbH, our third subsidiary, sold 208 properties in this business year equivalent to a value of € 7,564,351 in the auction and real estate business.
In the online auctions of Deutsche Internet Immobilien Auktionen GmbH, another subsidiary, 647 properties were sold for € 2,169,076.
Our youngest subsidiary, Westdeutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG, which is also wholly owned by us, auctioned 121 properties equivalent to a value of € 10,559,400 at four auctions in 2011.
