Our subsidiary,
Sächsische Grundstücksauktionen AG, has been able to auction 563 property to a value of € 12,220,860.00. Furthermore, assistance in the commissionable sale and handling of an additional 11 properties to a value of € 183,660.00 was given in particularly to foreign clients. In total, purchase contracts for 574 properties to a value of € 12,404,520.00 were notarised.
Norddeutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG, a subsidiary also wholly owned by us, has sold 333 properties for € 9,304,220.00.
Brecht Immobilien GmbH, our third subsidiary, has sold 212 properties in this business year for € 6,985,230.00 in the auction and real estate business.
At the online-auctions of
Deutsche Internet Immobilien Auktionen GmbH, another subsidiary, 590 properties were sold for € 2,079,919.00.
Our youngest subsidiary, the
Westdeutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG auctioned 89 properties for € 6,743,500.00 in 2009.
