Annual Result 2009

In 2009, Deutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG and its subsidiaries were able to excellently sustain their position in an overall difficult economic environment.

In total 2,391 properties were sold which is 3% more than in the previous year. On account of a lower general price level, the turnover from auction sales decreased to € 79,077,188.00; however, the sales quota increased by approx. five percentage points to about 88%.
Deutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG has been able to sell 593 properties equivalent to a value of € 41,559,799.00 at auction.

Our subsidiary, Symbol externer Link Sächsische Grundstücksauktionen AG, has been able to auction 563 property to a value of € 12,220,860.00. Furthermore, assistance in the commissionable sale and handling of an additional 11 properties to a value of € 183,660.00 was given in particularly to foreign clients. In total, purchase contracts for 574 properties to a value of € 12,404,520.00 were notarised.

Symbol externer Link Norddeutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG, a subsidiary also wholly owned by us, has sold 333 properties for € 9,304,220.00.

Symbol externer Link Brecht Immobilien GmbH, our third subsidiary, has sold 212 properties in this business year for € 6,985,230.00 in the auction and real estate business.

At the online-auctions of Symbol externer Link Deutsche Internet Immobilien Auktionen GmbH, another subsidiary, 590 properties were sold for € 2,079,919.00.

Our youngest subsidiary, the Symbol externer Link Westdeutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG auctioned 89 properties for € 6,743,500.00 in 2009.

The sales quota for all properties offered in the catalogues of our companies amounted to about 88%.
