Results of the Winter Auctions 2011

After completing the last live auction of the wholly-owned subsidiary Westdeutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG on December 17, 2011, Deutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG (ISIN-Nr.: DE 0005533400) looks back at good results of this year‘s Winter Auctions.

The demand for real estate is undiminished. Approximately 90 % of the called-out properties were sold. A total of 527 properties were sold for approx. € 17.3 million (2010: € 21.6 million; 2009: € 18.1 million). Despite the decrease, the net commission revenue with approx. € 2.1 million reached similar results like in previous years (2010: € 2.3 million; 2009: € 1.9 million).

Additional subsequent sales are expected until the end of the year. Turnover figures of the entire business year 2011 will be announced at the start of 2012.
