Results of the Autumn Auction 2011

After completing the last auction days at the Autumn Auction of Deutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG, the results of all companies of the group have been established.

Our company sold a total of 590 properties with a value of approx. € 23.6 million at our Autumn Auctions, which is approx. 6 per cent less than in the excellent autumn of 2010 (approx. € 25.1 million). Approx. 91 per cent of all called-out properties were sold and the adjusted net revenue from commissions was increased by 25 per cent compared to the previous year and amounted to € 2.9 million (compared to € 2.3 million in 2010).

The results for the first nine months of 2011 will be published at the start of October.
