Result for the first three quarters of 2010

30 September 2010, Berlin.

The third quarter of 2010 has also confirmed the trend of the first half-year. The demand for real estate, in particular income properties, has increased extensively and led to strong sales results. This market development is fostered by the current low interest level.

607 properties with a value of approx. € 25.1 million were auctioned at the Autumn Auctions of our companies; approx. 88 % of all properties put up for auction were sold.

Deutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG (DGA) and its subsidiary companies, market leaders for real estate auctions in Germany, have sold a total of 1,610 properties with a value of € 66.75 million in the first three quarters of 2010 (previous year: 1,776 properties with a value of € 60.1 million).

The net commission revenue amounted to approx. € 6.84 million in contrast to € 6.5 million for the previous year.

In total, approx. 85 % of all properties put up for auction were sold.

We predict the stable demand for property value to also continue for the fourth quarter of 2010.
