Fulminant Start into the Year 2011
The demand for real estate and the prices obtained increased substantially. Positive emphasis is on the fact that the property and commission turnover rose for all Auction Houses of the Group. It can therefore be assumed that this is a new trend and not a one-off effect.
The property turnover increased at a rate of approx. 55 %. In total, 478 properties for € 26.2 million were sold (previous year: € 17 Mio.). The net commission obtained was also significantly higher than in the previous year (approx. € 2.6 million compared to € 1.85 million in 2010). More than 90 % of the called-out properties were sold.
The board meeting on the adoption of the annual company financial statements and the dividend recommendation as well as the date appointment for the shareholder's meeting will takes place on 5 April 2011.
