Excellent results at our Winter Auction 2010

After completing the Jubilee Internet Auction of the wholly-owned subsidiary Deutsche Internet Immobilien Auktionen GmbH on December 16, 2010 and the last live auction of the wholly-owned subsidiary Westdeutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG on December 17, 2010, Deutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG (ISIN code: DE 0005533400) looks back at excellent results of this year‘s Winter Auctions.

The demand for real estate is undiminished. Approximately 90 % of the called-out properties were sold. A total of 603 properties were sold for € 21.6 million (previous year: € 18.1 million, 2008: € 19.3 million). This year's net commission revenue was significantly higher than in the previous years (€ 2.3 million compared to € 1.9 million each in 2009 and 2008).

Additional subsequent sales are expected until the end of the year. Turnover figures of the entire business year 2010 will be announced at the start of 2011.
